Ascent/Descent

Ascent/Descent is a painting of a good friend of mine, pregnant with her third child.  By using this image I wanted to convey both hope about what is to come and simultaneously a sense of things being out of control.  This is the first in a series of images touching on this theme.

Oil on Canvas, 35" x 35", Price inquiries: Gallery 109, 270-978-1522.
